9 x 5 Return To Bench Support
• Return to Bench service by Courier pick up and drop off.
• 9 hours a day 6 days a week (public holidays excluded)
• Courier pick up cut off time 4pm (subject to agreement by
agency)
• Courier must verify physical condition by visual inspection
• In-transit damage to equipment not covered by Intel ASP.
Separate insurance coverage is necessary by customer.
• May need services of athird party inspection by a local
reseller available at customer premises.
